Phillip is the founder of DMI and an experienced international executive and entrepreneur, known for his unique combination of both servant leader and visionary builder.

As a venture developer, marketing specialist and strategic adviser, Phillip has over the years held senior management and board positions in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East; responsible for numerous large scale property developments, business projects and marketing programs.

Over the course of his career he has been involved in a broad range of industries and has worked in many different countries including: Australia, Singapore, India, China, Russia, Mongolia, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Sweden, America and the United Arab Emirates; providing a depth of practical experience, strategic acumen, cultural knowledge, enterprise skill and human understanding.

Phillip is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Certified Practicing Marketer and member of The Global Foundation. He is also a past board member of the Australia China Business Council, National Innovation Council, and twice Asian regional director of the world wide Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Phillip has also served on sub committees and presented too many international conferences and forums such as APEC, ASEAN, IWFCI, ICCC and the WEF.

Besides his numerous academic studies and qualifications in marketing and international business, he has also received scholarships from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for the coveted leadership development program at the prestigious Mt. Eliza Australian Management College (now Melbourne Business School); and with the Lachlan Macquarie Institute for public policy.

Guided by his entrepreneurial spirit and personal motto, to serve and succeed. Mr. Fusco supports organisations for the less fortunate that give a hand up, not a hand out; and contributes regularly as an international speaker, writer and adviser on world affairs, social change, venture development, entrepreneurship and marketing.

His personal philosophy is: A lot of people have got what it takes, but not many take what they have – and do something with it!
